Is ‘Fire Country’ on Tonight? What to Know About New Episodes

Fire Country continues to spark flames among fans every week, and we can honestly say season 3 has us at the edge of our seats!

The hit CBS drama usually airs new episodes every Friday night, and fans have been invested in the world of Cal Fire and Three Rock. Amid a mysterious flu outbreak running amok in Three Rock and dangerous missions impacting Cal Fire, Bode (Max Thieriot), Vince (Billy Burke) and Sharon Leone (Diane Farr) must face the declining health of Vince’s dad Walter (Jeff Fahey). And this is all happening as Bode may have secretly violated his parole and Cal Fire is getting into legal woes with a major gas and oil corporation for potentially contaminating the water used for Three Rock inmates.

With all of this happening in Edgewater, it’s easy to understand why fans want to tune in and see a new episode of Fire Country season 3. Well, we hate to disappoint you, but there is no new episode of Fire Country tonight, Friday, March 21. But don’t worry — it won’t be long before the show makes its return to TV.

When does Fire Country season 3 return with new episodes?

Make sure you have your calendars marked, because a new episode of Fire Country season 3 is set to air on Friday, April 4, 2025 at 9 p.m. ET on CBS.

Why isn’t Fire Country on tonight?

As for the reason why Fire Country is off the air this week, it’s one sports fans will likely be excited about. CBS will air some of the games in the 2025 NCAA Basketball Championship Tournament (a.k.a. March Madness), which is set to go until the final game on April 7. This means that the channel’s original programming may change to accommodate the sporting event … which affects airing new episodes of shows imcluding Fire Country.

But fear not, TV fans! It won’t be long before a new installment of Fire Country airs … and judging from the sound of it, things are about to get intense. The upcoming episode (titled “Dirty Money”) will see Bode and his aunt Sheriff Mickey Fox (guest star and future Sheriff Country lead actress Morena Baccarin) investigate the attempted murder of her estranged father Wes (played by W. Earl Brown). But that’s not all — the duo may also step into uncharted territory when they discover Wes has been running an illegal marijuana business.

Well, this is definitely something to keep an eye on!
