After a disappointing loss to the Wolfpack on Saturday, the Deacs are back home to take on the Virginia Cavaliers. Wake has 3 of their last 4 games at home in Q3 games, so they absolutely must win them all to have any chance of staying on the bubble. While the Hoos currently score the fewest points per game of any team in the ACC, they are one of the best 3-point shooting teams in the nation with 4 players shooting above 39% from beyond the arc. Isaac McKneely is a guy the Deacs will need to keep in check from downtown—he currently leads the ACC in 3-point shooting at 42% and makes over 3 3-pointers per game. Outside of getting hot from 3, this Virginia team is pretty limited on offense, so if Wake can run them off the 3-point line, they should win this one pretty comfortably.
